(L.O.L.E.R.) Lifting operations and lifting equipment regulations 1998
L.O.L.E.R. is a subsection of Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (P.U.W.E.R.)
All equipment used for lifting operations including climbing equipment has to be inspected under L.O.L.E.R. by a competent person.
In 2005 I studied at Treevolution in Wales and became a competent person to inspect arboricutural equipment under L.O.L.E.R.
With this qualification I feel that I have to lead by example!
All operatives working for Meadow Tree Services are up to date with the inspection records; they also carry a copy of the last inspection in their kit bag
